- 100 g raisins
- 100 g dried kiwi
- 60 ml rhum, if you like
- 140 g of butter
- 250 g sugar
- 2 chicken eggs
- 2 chicken egg yolks
- 1 teaspoon vanilla powder
- 180 ml of plain yogurt
Sift together:
- 170 g wheat flour
- 50 g of cocoa powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
Chocolate Kiwi Cake: |
Sprinkled:
- 100 g sliced almonds
- 100 g chocolate chips
How to make:
- Mix dried fruit with rhum until blended. Let stand a few moments.
- Beat the butter and sugar until the sugar has dissolved.
- Add eggs one by one while beating until blended.
- Enter the yogurt, stir well.
- Enter the flour mixture, stir until smooth.
- Enter the dried fruit mixture, stir well.
- Pour into pan.
- Sprinkle ingredients.
- Bake in a hot oven 180C for 30 minutes.
- Lift and chill.
