| Easy Fruit Cake |
Ingredients:
- 120 g of margarine
- 170 g sugar
- 340 g mixed dried fruit
- 225 ml of water
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon seasoning
- 2 eggs
- 120 g of flour
- 120 g of self-raising flour
- ¼ teaspoon salt
How to make:
- Put margarine, sugar, mixed fruit, soda, water and spices until boiling. Lift. Allow it to cool.
- Add eggs, flour and salt. Mix well.
- Pour into a baking sheet that has been lined with baking paper.
- Bake in a hot oven 180o C for 30 minutes.
- Lift, let cool.
